What do I need to bring for the session?

Please bring along any related medical scans and reports (X-RAY, MRI, blood test results, doctor’s diagnosis etc.). Appropriate clothing will be provided at our clinic for both women and men. Feel free to bring your own comfortable shorts or tee.

The First Session will be 50-60 minutes. For subsequent follow-ups, you may opt for a half or full session treatment, depending on the severity of your condition. Your therapist will be able to advise you based on your treatment plan.

Do you treat children?

Yes, we do treat infants and children.

I’m pregnant, is it safe to have treatment?

Definitely. We treat pregnancy-related pains and we strictly recommend treatment only after your first trimester. Your safety is always our utmost priority.

What is the frequency of treatment?

For severe injuries/conditions, we recommend treatment on a weekly basis to ensure that pain is promptly managed, followed by maintenance on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

How many sessions will I need?

We work closely with our patients to achieve progress and improvements, because we understand that every individual is unique and recovers at a different pace. Let our therapist assess the severity of your condition, we will then be able to propose the best course of treatment. As a rule of thumb, your progress will be monitored between 8-10 sessions.

What are the clinic rates?

Are OHC services covered by insurance?

This depends on your policy and insurance type, please check with your insurer. We do not perform direct billings. However, we’ll be able to assist in your personal reimbursement by providing an invoice.

Do I need a doctor referral to Orchard Health Clinic?

Patients do not need a referral to be treated by any of our therapists. However, some insurance companies do require a general practitioner’s referral for reimbursement. Please check with your insurer on appropriate requirements before making an appointment.
