Please bring along any related medical scans and reports (X-RAY, MRI, blood test results, doctor’s diagnosis etc.). Appropriate clothing will be provided at our clinic. Feel free to bring your own comfortable shorts or tee.
Your first session will last 50-60 minutes. Your therapist begins with a consultation, followed by a full body assessment and hands-on treatment. Depending on the requirements of your condition, assessed by our therapists, complementary modalities may be applied in conjunction with your treatment.
Yes, we do treat infants and children.
Definitely. We treat pregnancy-related pains and we strictly recommend treatment only after your first trimester. Your safety is always our utmost priority.

For severe injuries/conditions, we recommend treatment on a weekly basis to ensure that pain is promptly managed, followed by maintenance on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
We work closely with our patients to achieve progress and improvements, because we understand that every individual is unique and recovers at a different pace. Let our therapist assess the severity of your condition, we will then be able to propose the best course of treatment. As a rule of thumb, your progress will be monitored between 8-10 sessions.
For subsequent follow-up sessions, you may opt for a half (20-30mins) or full session (50-60mins) treatment, depending on the severity of your condition. Your therapist will be able to advise you based on your treatment plan.

This depends on your policy and insurance type, please check with your insurer. We do not perform direct billings. However, we’ll be able to assist in your personal reimbursement by providing an invoice.
Patients do not need a referral to be treated by any of our therapists. However, some insurers do require a general practitioner’s referral for reimbursement. Please check with your insurer on appropriate requirements before making an appointment.
