Sometimes, all we need is a little push to achieve the fitness goal that we desire.

With our customised 1-to-1 Personal Training sessions, it does not matter if you are new to fitness or if you have been working out for a while. Our Personal Trainer will create a program to help you reach your fitness goals efficiently. Whatever your goal is – getting a physique that you want, enhancing mobility and agility, or slowly getting back to exercise after suffering from an injury, you will be guided throughout the journey.

During your first session, an in-depth consultation consisting of an assessment on postural deviations, muscular imbalances, movement dysfunction, and core integrity will be carried out in order to create your bespoke training regime.

This training regime will also be tailored accordingly to your lifestyle, diet, medical information to determine contraindications and activity level to effectively hit your goals and bring proven results. Bi-Weekly progress tracking will also be done to ensure individual improvement and identify potential obstacles.
