Vanessa lives by the mantra: Movement is the best medicine. This conviction became her calling. Graduating from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011, she brings with her over nine years of clinical experience in Perth and Singapore.
As a Physiotherapist, she has worked with professional athletes, desk-bound workers, and patients suffering from chronic pain. A fitness enthusiast herself, she has a special interest in treating sports and gym-related injuries to help patients maximise their performance and prevent injuries. She is also experienced in treating neck and shoulder issues, and dysfunctional breath patterns.
In all her casework, Vanessa consistently treats the human body as a holistic being. Through manual therapy and functional rehab exercises, she helps patients ease physical restrictions and habitual holding patterns in their body, and works towards better postural alignment, breathing techniques, and movement. She is also highly proficient in dry needling and manipulative techniques to treat trigger points and pain, and improve patients’ overall well- being.

Mona previously worked in military hospitals, rehabilitation and sports clinics. Over the course of her career, she developed an inclination to Prenatal cases as well as specialises in injuries related to the elbow, hip, knee, and ankle.
Being a Calisthenics enthusiast, Mona believes that mobility is the key to health. She finds joy in helping her clients lead an active life by providing a bespoke approach consisting of manual therapy, manipulations, exercise prescription and dry needling. Mona also analyses lifestyle alongside the injuries to treat the concerns at its core for lasting impact.

Colby brings extensive private practice experience as an Osteopath from Melbourne, Australia. Following her graduation from Victoria University in 2009, she expanded her expertise by undertaking Clinical Pilates and Obstetrics Training to complement her treatment approach. Colby has since garnered skill treating a wide variety of clients from babies, to athletes and office workers.
Prior to arriving in Singapore, Colby taught Pilates at a prestigious studio in Brooklyn, New York City. The teaching stint further enhanced her appreciation for exercise rehabilitation as an important part of patient care in her treatment program. Colby also considers ergonomics, posture, and movement patterns to understand and address the underlying concerns effectively.

He takes a keen interest and specialises in geriatric care as well as musculoskeletal and neurological conditions such as migraines, headaches, and herniated discs.
Jerome believes in a holistic and individualised approach that will help his patients return to their activities as soon as possible. Syahmi has been a huge sports fan from a young age.
