• Our focus is you

Experience the OHC concept of healthcare.
Designed to bring optimal function and efficiency back to your body so you can live out your passions without limitations.

We Begin With “Why”

Problem solving is the heart of what we do at Orchard Health Clinic. We understand the need to look deeper beyond the pain because your body is not an isolated unit. It is a complex structure of integrated systems. Effective healthcare begins when we ask why – the answers always reveal a bigger picture. Why settle for less when you can get more out of your treatment?

We won’t so neither should you.

“There’s always a better solution”

The OHC approach

  • Designed to fit

Your body is unique and so are your needs. The OHC treatment concept is designed by pulling together knowledge and techniques from multiple disciplines. The result? A modular and comprehensive approach tailored to address each individual’s needs.

  • Research and Innovation

Staying curious is key to innovation. That’s why our team is kept on our toes to discover new ways to approach healthcare through weekly round table discussions on the latest medical research, techniques and newest technology. We challenge the status quo by taking on challenging cases and host workshops to offer our patients better solutions and greater value. That’s just some of the many ways we push the limit as a one-stop solution provider.

  • Simplifying your health

It is our goal to make health improvements simple and accessible for everyone. We strive to do so in a manner that’s complementary to your lifestyle. Our team of therapists delve deeper to help you better understand your condition and empower you to take charge of your health. Taking charge also means being informed about the different facets of your wellbeing – let us guide you every step of the way.

Our Unique Approach

Our therapists are trained in various techniques and physical therapy disciplines, coupled with supplementary modalities to treat a wide range of conditions.

  • Shockwave Therapy

Treat painful conditions of the musculoskeletal system with Radial Shock Wave Therapy. It helps to dissolve bone spurs, eliminate pain receptors, increase production of collagen and improves local microcirculation, leading to improved tissue metabolism.

  • Dry needling

Used in conjunction with manual therapies to ease muscle tension, relieve pain and restore optimal body functions.

  • Kinesio taping

Taping injured muscles and joints aids in the treatment and prevention of sports injuries, based on the body’s own natural healing capabilities

  • Child development care

Our therapists can help address “growing pains” and look out for developmental issues such as Sever’s Disease or compartment syndrome

  • Spinal Traction therapy

Spinal traction is a form of decompression therapy that relieves pressure on the spine. Traction is used to treat herniated discs, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, pinched nerves and many other disc conditions.

  • Manual therapy

Alleviate tension by mobilising and articulating joints and soft tissue.

  • Pre and post-op rehabilitation

Preparing your body for pre surgical needs and assisting your recovery post-op. Customised treatment plan for total enhanced recovery.

  • Diagnostic Ultrasound

Imaging technique based on the application of ultrasound waves. It is used to see internal body structures such as tendons, muscles, joints, vessels and internal organs.
